I Am Legend Review

                This movie is an exciting thriller about a woman who finds a cure to cancer but the effects turn humans into vampires. One man and his dog sam (German Shepherd) think they are the only ones left on earth and each day is a struggle. When they were hunting sam runs into an alley where the vampires live and his owner has to save him. He tests cures to vampirism on vampires that he captures but he captures a really important ones wife in a trap so the vampire traps him.

          He sends vampire dogs after him and sam fights them off but he gets injured. We know that, that means he will turn into a vampire. They say their last words and sam dies. He goes to take revenge on the vampires but he loses.

          Right when he was about to get killed he gets saved by a woman and her son on the way to a survivor colony in Vermont, but they make the mistake to take him home during the night so the vampires have found out where he lives.

          The next night they launch an attack on the house. The head vampire gets into the house and fights him. They have to retreat to the basement as more vampires start coming in. They lock the doors to the lab and go behind the plexi glass.

          They discover that the head vampires wife is getting cured but he doesn’t listen. He puts the woman and his wife in the one place where the vampires can’t get them. In the end he has to kill the vampires with a grenade but to do that he has to die to. He does it to save them and all the vampires die.

          In the end the woman and her son get to the colony in Vermont and they tell his story. He turns into a legend and they don’t have to worry about vampires in the colony.
