This movie takes place in ancient roman times. It is about young Marcus trying to restore his families honor. It is an action packed movie and is great for anyone. Marcus is stationed near the british wall. He gets attacked by the brits and is injured. He gets an honorable discharge.
He is in recovery at his uncles house. He goes to a gladiator match and sees a slave being executed. He stops this and the slave is his own.
They develop a bond and Marcus decides to try to find his father. They go north of the wall. They get attacked several times and always win. Then they come across a roman and they don’t listen to him.
Then they meet a people called the seal people. Their tribe is ancient and Eska Marcus’ slave pretends to be the master. They find the eagle but the seal people chase after them enraged.
Marcus breaks his leg and he has to set Eska free to get help. He gathers all the romans then they make a last stand to defend the eagle. That’s how it got its name. they win and the Brits died. Marcus has finally restored his families honor.
